Nothing says breakfast like a high-protein, great-tasting stack of pancakes. Use this recipe to put your Ryno Power Protein to work for your next meal!
Makes: six 4" pancakes
½ cup of Ryno Power Vanilla Protein
½ cup of pancake mix (your choice!)
1 cup of coconut milk
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or with a food processor until smooth.
- Heat a pan on the stove over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture onto the pan, making about 4" pancakes.
- Cook each pancake until golden brown. Add toppings and enjoy!
