The plant based protein powder is awesome and tastes great. Since I got it I've been having a protein shake every morning
It definitely help me all throughout the day. I prefer a good flavor but not too sweet and over bearing. The fruit punch fit the bill. I highly recommend this for daily use to keep you going strong.
He enjoys the flavor, he said he feels more energy, and now they are a huge part of his routine. We tried berry mix and strawberry those are good, he got a lemon free sample but didn’t care too much for that flavor.
I add this to my coffee every morning and drink before I race, I add it to my carbofuel. Love it helps with recovery.
